The legendary striker scored 332 goals for the Rams in 525 games spread over two spells in the 1890s and early 1900s. Bloomer, who also scored 28 times in only 23 international games for England, is widely regarded as football's first superstar. During his career Bloomer was a prolific goalscorer for both club and country. Although possessing only a slight frame, he was a menace to defenders due to his quick thinking. He was also able to shoot powerfully and accurately with either foot and his speciality was the daisy cutter - a low shot, hit with great power, speed and accuracy. _________________ « I'll tear your f*cking head off and puke in the hole » - Vinnie Jones to Kenny Dalglish Steve BLOOMER | 1892-1906 | PES Stats Database (Golden Era Backup)
