Nish was a teenage prodigy who won numerous England youth honours, he went on to become an attacking left back. Nish's natural ease and cool authority made him captain material and he captained Leicester in the 1969 FA Cup final at just 21. By the end of his first season at Derby in 1973 he won the first of his 5 England caps. By 1974/1975 Nish was an important member of the Derby side that won the league, his impressive displays thwarting many a winger. Sadly after that he began to suffer a series of knee injuries and eventutually settled for life in the NASL. David NISH | 1974-1975 | PES Stats Database (Golden Era Backup)
