He played for Racing Club from 1964 to 1970, where he began playing as a midfielder until the arrival of Juan Jose Pizzuti, who puts him at centerback, where he was part of an unforgettable duet with the ''Marshal'' Roberto Perfumo. At the Club de Avellaneda was part of the historical ''El Equipo de José'' and played a total of 186 games played in the Club: the league title in 1966, the Copa Libertadores 1967, scoring a goal against Independiente Medellin (5-2), and the Intercontinental Cup in 1967, beating the powerful Celtic, Scotland. After winning everything in the ''Academy'' signs for Huracán, where he played until 1975, winning the 1973 Metropolitan Championship, where he was noted for organizing barbecues to unite the group.
